I have your audio tape on 59-60 from years ago. It was of great value to me as I was developing my valuation knowledge. I feel sure that your latest effort to add understanding in this area will be equally beneficial to the readers.
Wow! The audio tape was done more than 25 years ago! Unbelievable. The current effort involved a major revision/rewrite of the original based on the experiences of the ensuing years!
