Testimonial for the Book: Business Valuation: An Integrated Theory, 2nd Edition

feedback

We received this nice testimonial about Business Valuation: An Integrated Theory, 2nd Edition (co-authored by Travis W. Harms, CFA, CPA/ABV) from Steven Campana, CPA/ABV of Doyle & Keenan, PC and thought we would share it with you.

At the risk of being redundant, since I have sung the praises of Business Valuation: An Integrated Theory, 2nd Edition in the past, I wanted to again let you know how valuable of a resource I find this book.  Golden nuggets were again discovered when re-reading the QMDM and Pass-Through Entity chapters.  Whatever methodology one chooses to use in addressing these areas the conceptual framework provided within the Business Valuation: An Integrated Theory, 2nd Edition certainly clarified my thinking and understanding of the issues and provided me with a solid point of view from which to proceed.

At less than 300 pages I tell colleagues Business Valuation: An Integrated Theory, 2nd Edition is to the valuation community what Harvey Penick’s Little Red Book was to the golfing community.

Best wishes and thanks again.
